NEW YEAR, NEW YOU, NEW GOALS, NEW LIFE !!! 2018 GOALS

Veganuary is almost here, aka January 
and I thought I'd share some few tips to maybe help you along the way.

1) SUPPORT GROUPS: JOING FACEBOOK GROUPS, FOLLOW SOCIAL MEDIA VEGAN INFLUENCERS, FOLLOW VEGAN BRANDS LIKE PETA, FIND SOME VEGAN FRIENDS. YOU'RE GOING TO WANT SUPPORT, IDEAS, ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS ETC. MUY IMPORTANTE! 

2) CHECK OUT PINTEREST FOR VEGAN FOOD IDEAS 

3) EAT VEGAN JUNK FOOD 

4) CHECK OUT SOME VEGAN MAGAZINES + BOOKS 

5) ASK QUESTIONS! Your questions are ok. No question is stupid, maybe a little, no really just ask. It's ok. Better to know. 

6) FOLLOW VEGAN BLOGS

7) TAKE TIME IN THE GROCERY STORES LOOKING

8) YOU'LL MAKE MISTAKES; ITS OK! 

9) WATCH ANIMAL VIDEOS, EVEN THE HARD ONES TO WATCH

10) PRAY!!! GOD WILL LEAD YOU.

MEAT ALTERNATIVES !!!!

When I first switched to a vegan diet
 I used to think what's a salad without chicken?
What are tacos without beef?
Whats sushi without fish? 
ummmm, basically poison... but I understand. You might miss meat. 
So get the replicas,
get the faux meat. 
Don't deprive yourself, just do it the Vegan way . 





MILK ALTERNATIVES !!! 

okay you guys, if you haven't gotten on the Dairy free program, then now is a better time than ever.
Dairy is NOT good for you, I repeat, Dairy is NOT good for you.
There is a reason why so many of us are Lactose Intolerant, because our bodies are not made to process the milk that comes out of a cows tit. Dairy can cause, acne (something I myself battles and it's literally the devils work) , Dairy causes stomach issues, digestion issues, diseases and so much more. If nothing else, please stay away from dairy. 
You can easily make your own almond milk from home, but here are some of my favorite non-dairy "Milks" on the market. 







CHEESE ALTERNATIVES !!! 

One of the things that my family had a hard time giving up was CHEESE. I was never a huge cheese eater, but some people in my family were. Meat was easy for them to cut out, but cheese? oh no. Don't take the cheese! Over the last 7 years, I have found some awesome cheese alternatives. Yes, everyone is different so you might have to do some experimenting as well as some trial and error. You may or may not like one product, keep trying more. There are so many on the market and just like with "REAL" cheese ( I put real in quotations because come on, let's face it, we don't know how much is dairy and how much is plastic) , you have to try and see what kind you like. 
Here are some of my favorites, but if you don't like these try other ones.
