A vitamin pill dispenser with the tiniest pills

SHO Vitamins ladies and gentlemen.

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I'm huge on health. I'm not always at the peek of my healthiest or eating the healthiest foods, I am however always in love with learning about health. I love to try the newest and greatest health products. Whether it includes, a new vitamin, a new herb, a new tea, or a new whatever, I'm all in.

I have been following Sho Nutrition for some time now and I finally got my hands on their vitamins. Here is the really cool thing about their vitamins... Actually two really cool things about their vitamins: One they come with  a magical pill dispenser
and two, the vitamins are T I N Y!

I have been taking vitamins for a LONG time. Before that, I was taking Medications for a long time, shout out to all the premies of the world and people with medical complications since they were young.  Anyways, I have never taken a pill or a vitamin as small as SHO nutrition vitamins. These tiny beasts are exactly that, BEASTS. One is a probiotic and the other full of B vitamins.
Hello vegans, we need our B12.
Not only are these formulated with some awesome vitamins and probiotics, they are also free
of gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, fish, shellfish, peanuts, eggs

WHAT?! yep, that's right. These babes are vegan friendly, have a pill dispenser that also has a tracker so you never forget AND are teeny tiny with some major health punch.

They have subscription plans, but you can cancel ANY TIME.
Who would want to cancel anyways? hello junk food vegans, we need our supps. Am I right? Am I right? High five! Anyone? Okay, moving on...
You can add these to your daily supplement routine. These are a great Bonus or just use these alone for a healthy gut, and some much needed energy.

If you order these and try them Please let me know what you think !
I keep mine on my desk because not only are they awesome for your health, they also look pretty sitting on your desk. Oh hello, vitamin decor.

Alright my friends, I'm out. Have a beautiful day you beautiful person. You rock and I love you.

10 Vegan Items at Panera Bread

Hi friends! So I've been coming to Panera a lot lately. There is a really nice and big one by my house. I love their drinks and food. I love being able to sit in a big booth to myself and have a chance to write. I wanted to share with you guys vegan options that you can find at your local Panera. Pictured above is a sandwich that I got. Here is the thing, I did't eat the sandwich because I wasn't sure if the bread  was vegan and by the time I requested different bread I already ate the soup so I couldn't take another photo.

NOT ALL OF PANERA'S BREAD IS VEGAN. PLEASE CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING TYPE OF BREADS WHEN ORDERING TO KEEP IT VEGAN FRIENDLY.

1.  Ciabatta bread
2. Country loaf
3. Three seed demi bread
4.Stone milled rye loaf
5. Stone milled rye miche
6. French miche
7. Country miche
8. Sourdough roll
9. Sesami Miche
10. Sesami Loaf

Never hesitate to ask if an item is Vegan. Panera's staff know what's up and they don't, they will ask.

Okay, here are my top 10 VEGAN FOODS at Panera Bread.

1. BAGELS! BAGELS! BAGELS!
Get Plain, blueberry, poppyseed, sweet onion, or sesame.
What a great place to have a drink , a bagel and do some blogging .

2. GARDEN VEGETABLE SOUP// SKIP THE PESTO
Feel like you're at Disney and get it in a bead bowl
Yum, yum and more yum,  Is all I can say. I always order a bowl,
it's delicious. You can't go wrong.

3.  GREEK SALAD- YES THE DRESSING IS VEGAN//
SKIP THE FETA

I've been coming to Panera Bread since I was a teenager a
And I would come and get the same thing over and over again. Soup in a bread bowl
and a big GREEK SALAD. MY FAVE. Panera has the best Greek Salad

4. BLACK BEAN SOUP

At my Panera, this soup doesn't seem to exist every time I come in.
I've had it before and it's so yummy. I love it so much that every time I come in , I ask for it and it's never to be found. I must come on the wrong days.

5. OATMEAL

The Oatmeal is Completely dairy free. Never hurts to come in the morning
grab some oatmeal and warm cup of tea

6. PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWICH

Who doesn't like a good ol' PB&J? Child or Adult can enjoy this. Just make sure you switch the bread to a vegan friendly bread. YUM YUM YUM.

7. CARROT PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
This smoothie isn't made with yogurt. I wouldn't say is a healthy smoothie, but it is vegan and delicious. This is definitely a "treat" smoothie.

8. FILLING DRINKS
Okay, so Panera does carry Almond milk ! Yeeeee!
feel free to make your own "latte" or just your good ol' coffee with milk. Ask for the Almond milk because they don't have it in a container near the coffee. You can Always make a Tea Latte also. Ask for hot tea, let your tea sit a bit then ask to add some Almond milk and BAM Tea Latte.

9. BLUEBERRY POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE
This smoothie is yum. I ordered it last year and haven't had it since. It is a yummy treat though. Made with coconut milk , white grape juice, Bananas etc. It's definitely one to grab.
Better ingredients than the one you get at costco.

10. VEGGIE SANDWICH
Skip the pesto and cheese,  change your bread to a vegan friendly bread and BAM- vegan!
Veggie sandwiches are my jam .
You can always ask to add avocado too. Perfection.

Well friends, those are my Favorite things to eat and drink at Panera Bread.
What do you like that is vegan there?
Leave me a comment or Follow me on Instagram and let me know there.

P.S.
if my friends at Panera are reading this,
please bring a vegan Mac'n'Cheese.
Your Mac N Cheese is what I loved back in the day.
I promise you'll have vegans from everywhere swarming in!

Hello Herbs

Hey friends. Welcome back to my blog. Life has been so crazy the last couple of months. I slipped and sprained my ankle and wrist, I had to move, the holidays, oh man it's just been a lot. Im sure most of you know exactly what I mean. Anyways, I wanted to write a little bit about herbs.

So what are herbs? Herbs are plants used for medicine, cooking, flavoring etc.

I absolutely love using herbs for medicinal use. They can help clean out your liver or kidneys and in turn help heal ailments like acne, kidney stones, fatty liver, allergies etc. Great for pets too! just be carful and do a ton of research before giving your pets anything. Never hurts to ask your vet also.

I have been using this company Sleeping Monks  for about a year or more now and I absolutely love this company. I love them because it's made SO SIMPLE and it really HELPS. Few drops under your tongue and life is all well again. Some of these bottles pictured are already empty, but you can clearly see how much I love them.

I have 3 different types pictured and I'll give you some information on each kind. If you want to continue reading , awesome or you can just continue on to their website (linked on top) and get more information from them.

So for the Orange one: It's called immortal and it's good for things like stamina, Beautiful Skin, feeling calmness and grounded. Helps increase immunity. Also helps with improved mood. Most of a balanced feelings.

The next one is the Red one: This one can help with blood flow, oxygen, improved memory, helps with improving your mood, helps with increasing your immunity and enhanced mental focus.

Last, but not least, the Pink one ( Hello Ladies!): Helps improve FERTILITY, helps regulate your menstrual cycle ( I am always almost exactly on time), Helps with PMS symptoms, protects immunity, helps increase Progesterone.

Remember, every body is different and every BODY needs something different. Not everything is going to work exactly the same for everyone. Along with herbs your diet should be clean and you should be drinking a ton of water (something I'm horrible about).

Sleeping Monks makes taking herbs so simple and quick. If you try them out or any other company that sells herbs please let me know what you think.
I highly recommend this company. I have not been paid to give my opinion.
